Return Process

  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty plastic wrap to ensure it stays clean during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient date for our courier partners to collect the package directly from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
